Providing a stellar experience to our apprentice community is of paramount importance to us. If you’d like to request a refund for a course, workshop or learning path because of any reason, you can do so as per our policy.

If a refund is requested, you’ll be able to receive credits toward future purchases. To request a refund, please complete our Refund Request Form and provide more details about your situation or experience on the platform. Based on the nature of your request, you could be eligible for a refund through credits for future learning opportunities.

Requesting a Refund for a Course/Workshop We are happy to provide you with credits for more learning experiences based on the following policy:

  1. If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours from your date of purchase, we will provide you with credits for 100% of your payment
  2. If you are requesting a refund after 48 hours from date of purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to refund any value.

Requesting a Refund for a Learning Path We are happy to provide you with credits for more learning experiences based on the following policy:

  1. If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours from your payment time and date, we will provide you with credits for 100% of your payment value
  2. If you are requesting a refund after the start date of the learning path (till 50% of the learning path has been completed), we will provide you with credits for 50% of the remaining module value as per your payment. If you are requesting a refund after 50% of the learning path has been completed, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

How will your refund request be processed?

  1. After you’ve submitted your refund request form, we will investigate your case and if valid reach out with a solution. Please note that refund requests may take up to a week to process and you will receive an email confirming that your request has been processed.
  2. If you are eligible for a cash refund, it will be returned via the original payment method. However, Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.
